Refund policy

BioDream Returns & Refunds Policy (United Kingdom)

This policy applies to orders placed on biodream.us for delivery to an address in the United Kingdom. BioDream is operated by LS PARIS LLC. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

1. Contact us first

For a return, refund, wrong item, damaged product or delivery problem, email contact@biodream.us or use our contact form. Please include your order number and the email address used for the order. If you do not have your order number, we can use other order details to find your purchase.

2. Your right to cancel (14 days)

You can cancel your order without giving a reason within 14 days of the day you (or someone you nominate) receive the goods. To cancel, simply tell us within that period, for example by email to contact@biodream.us. You may use the model cancellation form at the end of this policy, but you do not have to.

For health-protection and hygiene reasons, a BioDream pouch can only be returned if it is unopened and its seal is intact. Once the seal of a pouch has been broken after delivery, the right to cancel no longer applies to that pouch. Opening the outer delivery box does not affect your right to cancel.

After telling us that you are cancelling, please send the unopened pouches back within 14 days. We will email you the return address and instructions. Please do not send products to our correspondence address.

3. Return postage

If you cancel because you have changed your mind, you pay the cost of sending the goods back. We recommend a tracked service and keeping your proof of postage. We do not charge a restocking fee.

If the goods are faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, we cover the cost of the return (see section 5).

4. Your refund

We refund the price you paid for the returned goods. If you cancel your whole order, we also refund any standard delivery charge you paid, but not the extra cost of a faster delivery option you chose. We refund you using your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the goods back, or of receiving proof that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier. We do not charge a fee for refunds.

Multi-buy offers. For offers such as "Buy one, get one free", the price you paid is shared equally between all the pouches in the offer. If you return every pouch from the offer, you receive a full refund of the price paid. If you return only some of them, we refund their share of the price paid (for example, returning one pouch from a "Buy one, get one free" order refunds half of the price paid for that offer). A refund can never be more than the amount you paid.

5. Faulty, damaged, incorrect or missing items

If an item arrives faulty, damaged, past its best-before date, not as described, incorrect or missing, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible. Photos help us resolve things faster but are not required. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you can reject faulty goods and get a full refund within 30 days of delivery; after that, you are entitled to a repair or replacement, or to a refund if that is not possible. We cover the cost of any return needed, and these rights apply even if a pouch has been opened.
