Returns and delivery problems

To cancel an order, request a return or report a missing, incorrect, damaged or faulty item, email contact@biodream.us with your order details.

You can cancel within 14 days of delivery; pouches must be returned unopened with the seal intact. Faulty or incorrect items are covered by your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, even if a pouch has been opened. See our Returns & Refunds Policy.
