BioDream Privacy Policy (United Kingdom)

This Privacy Policy explains how BioDream, operated by LS PARIS LLC (“BioDream”, “we”, “us” or “our”), collects and uses your personal information when you visit biodream.us, contact us or buy our products, and the rights you have under UK data protection law (the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018).

1. Who is responsible for your information

LS PARIS LLC is the controller of your personal information. Correspondence address: 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States (not a returns address). For any privacy question or request, email contact@biodream.us or use our contact form.

2. Information we collect

  • Order and contact details: name, email address, phone number (if provided), billing and delivery addresses, items ordered, discounts, amounts paid, delivery and tracking details, returns, and messages with our customer service team.
  • Account and preferences: account details if you create an account, and your marketing preferences.
  • Information you send us: messages sent through our contact form or by email. Please do not send us health information unless it is needed for your request.
  • Device and usage information: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and cookie or similar identifiers.
  • Payment information: payment status, payment method type and transaction references. Full card details are handled by Shopify and our payment providers; we never receive your full card number.

3. How we use your information and our legal bases

  • To take, process and deliver your order, handle cancellations, returns and refunds, and provide customer service: this is necessary to perform our contract with you.
  • To keep accounting and tax records and meet our other legal obligations: legal obligation.
  • To keep our website and checkout secure, prevent fraud and improve our website: our legitimate interests.
  • To send you marketing emails: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email.
  • To measure visits to our website and the performance of our advertising, using analytics and advertising cookies and pixels (for example from Meta and Microsoft Clarity): our legitimate interests.
  • Health information you choose to send us: used only to answer your request, with your explicit consent.

4. Who we share your information with

  • Shopify, which hosts our online shop and checkout. Shopify also processes some information for its own purposes, as described in its Consumer Privacy Policy.
  • Payment providers, fulfilment partners and delivery companies, so that we can take payment and deliver your order.
  • Email, analytics and advertising providers (such as Meta and Microsoft), to send the emails you have signed up for, measure our website and show relevant ads.
  • Authorities, professional advisers or a buyer of our business, where required by law or needed to protect our rights.

5. Cookies

We use cookies that are strictly necessary for the basket, checkout and security of our website. We and our partners also use analytics and advertising cookies and pixels (for example from Meta and Microsoft Clarity) to measure visits to our website and the performance of our advertising. You can block or delete cookies at any time in your browser settings; blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop the basket or checkout from working. More information about Shopify cookies is available in Shopify's Cookie Policy.

6. International transfers

We are based in the United States, and our service providers may process information in the United States, Canada and other countries. Where UK law requires it, these transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards, such as UK adequacy regulations (including the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework), the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

7. How long we keep your information

We keep order and payment records for as long as needed for accounting and tax purposes, normally up to 6 years. We keep customer service messages for as long as needed to deal with your request and any follow-up. We keep marketing data until you unsubscribe. Information is then deleted or anonymised.

8. Your rights

Under UK data protection law, you have the right to: access your personal information and get a copy of it; have inaccurate information corrected; have your information deleted; restrict or object to how we use it, including objecting to direct marketing at any time; receive your information in a portable format; and withdraw your consent at any time where we rely on consent. To make a request, email contact@biodream.us. We may need to confirm your identity. We will reply within one month.

If you are unhappy with how we handle your information, please contact us first. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO): ico.org.uk, telephone 0303 123 1113.

9. Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your information. No website or storage system can be completely secure. If you think your account or information has been compromised, contact us straight away.

10. Children

Our products and website are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page.
