BioDream Terms of Service (United States)

These Terms of Service apply to orders placed on biodream.us for delivery to an address in the United States, and to your use of our website. The seller is LS PARIS LLC, which operates the BioDream brand. Please read these Terms, our Shipping Policy and our Returns & Refunds Policy before placing an order. The version shown when you place an order applies to that order.

1. Who we are and how to contact us

2. Our product

BioDream Cortisol Manager is a dietary supplement drink mix sold in pouches of 30 single-serve stick packs. The product page and the package show the ingredients, quantity, directions and warnings. Please read the label before use and follow its directions. Do not exceed the recommended serving. If you are pregnant or nursing, take medication or have a medical condition, consult a healthcare professional before use. Keep out of reach of children.

These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. The information on our website is general product information and is not medical advice.

We may update product descriptions or packaging for future orders. If an important detail of the product changes after you order but before we ship it, we will tell you and you can cancel for a full refund. We will not send you a different product without your agreement.

3. Prices and offers

Prices are shown in US dollars (USD). Any applicable sales tax, any shipping charge and the total you pay are shown at checkout before you pay. Multi-buy offers such as "Buy One, Get One Free" or "Buy 2, Get 2 Free" apply only when the stated products and quantities are in your cart. Free items have no cash value. If you return part of a multi-buy offer, your refund is calculated as explained in our Returns & Refunds Policy. We never add recurring charges to a one-time order.

If a price on our website is clearly wrong because of an obvious error, we will contact you before shipping. You can then confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund. We will never charge you more than the price you agreed to without your permission.

4. Placing an order

Before you pay, please check the items, quantities, shipping address and total. You must give accurate information and use a payment method you are authorized to use. After you order, we email you to confirm that we have received and accepted your order; the contract between you and us is formed at that point.

We may refuse or cancel an order if we cannot verify payment, the product is unavailable, we reasonably suspect fraud, or there is an obvious pricing error. If we cancel an order after taking payment, we refund you in full.

5. Payment

The payment methods available to you are shown at checkout. Payments are handled by the payment providers shown there, which may carry out standard security checks. If a payment is not authorized, we will not process the order. Nothing in these Terms affects any rights you have with your card issuer or payment provider, such as the right to dispute a charge.

6. Shipping

We ship to US addresses accepted at checkout. Shipping charges, processing times and delivery estimates are set out in our Shipping Policy and shown at checkout. If we cannot ship within the time stated, or within 30 days if no time was stated, we will notify you and you may cancel your order for a prompt, full refund.

If your package is late, lost, damaged or marked as delivered but you cannot find it, email contact@biodream.us with your order number. Please check your shipping address carefully and tell us right away if you notice a mistake.

7. Returns and refunds

You may request a return within 60 days after delivery for pouches that are unopened and factory-sealed. For a change-of-mind return, you pay the return shipping cost. Damaged, defective, incorrect or missing items are replaced or refunded at no cost to you, even if a pouch was opened to discover the problem. Full details are in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Please do not send returns to our correspondence address. Contact us first so that we can give you the return address.

8. Our responsibility to you

We are responsible for providing the products you order as described. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable, or for business losses, as our products are sold for personal use only. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

9. Use of our website

Do not use our website for fraud, unauthorized access, interference with its operation or any unlawful purpose. Text, images, designs, trademarks and other content on the website belong to BioDream or the relevant rights holders and may not be reused except as permitted by law or a license. We work to keep the website available and accurate, but short interruptions or errors may occur.

10. Your personal information

Our Privacy Policy explains how we use your personal information. Accepting these Terms does not mean that you agree to receive marketing; that is a separate choice.

11. Your rights

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your state.

12. Disputes and governing law

If you have a problem with your order, please contact us first at contact@biodream.us so that we can try to resolve it. These Terms do not require arbitration and do not include a class-action waiver. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without affecting any mandatory consumer protection laws of the state where you live. You may bring a claim in a small claims court or any other court with jurisdiction.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time by posting a new version on this page. The version shown when you place an order applies to that order.
