Refund policy

BioDream Returns & Refunds Policy (United States)

This policy applies to orders placed on biodream.us for delivery to an address in the United States. BioDream is operated by LS PARIS LLC. Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under the laws of your state.

1. Contact us first

For a return, refund, wrong item, damaged product or shipping problem, email contact@biodream.us or use our contact form. Please include your order number and the email address used for the order. Please do not send products to our correspondence address; we will give you the correct return address.

2. 60-day returns

You can request a return within 60 days after delivery for any BioDream pouch that is unopened and factory-sealed. For health and safety reasons, opened pouches cannot be returned simply because you changed your mind. Problems with a damaged, defective, incorrect or missing item are handled separately (see section 5).

3. How to return

Email us with your order number and the pouches you want to return. We will reply with the return address and instructions. Please send the pouches back within 14 days of receiving our instructions, using a trackable service.

4. Return shipping and refunds

For a change-of-mind return, you pay the return shipping cost. We do not charge a restocking fee. Once we receive and check the returned pouches, we refund the price you paid for them to your original payment method, normally within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take a few extra days to show the refund.

Multi-buy offers. For offers such as "Buy One, Get One Free" or "Buy 2, Get 2 Free", the price you paid is shared equally between all the pouches in the offer. If you return every pouch from the offer, you receive a full refund of the price paid. If you return only some of them, we refund their share of the price paid. A refund can never be more than the amount you paid.

5. Damaged, defective, incorrect or missing items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, past its best-before date, incorrect or incomplete, contact us as soon as possible with your order number (photos help). We will send a replacement or give you a refund, and we cover any return shipping needed. This applies even if a pouch was opened to discover the problem.
