BioDream Shipping Policy (United States)

This policy explains how BioDream, operated by LS PARIS LLC, ships orders placed on biodream.us to addresses in the United States. The shipping method, cost and timing shown before you pay form part of your order.

1. Where we ship

We ship to addresses in the United States that are accepted at checkout. If checkout does not offer shipping to your address, please contact us before ordering.

2. Shipping costs

Standard shipping is free when checkout shows a $0.00 shipping charge. If another shipping option or charge applies, it is shown before you pay. We never add a shipping charge after you have paid.

3. Prices, taxes and duties

All prices are shown in US dollars (USD). Any sales tax that applies to your order is shown at checkout. You should not have to pay anything extra on delivery. If a carrier asks you to pay import duties or fees for your BioDream order, please contact us before paying; if you have already paid such a charge, we will refund it.

4. Processing and delivery times

Orders ship from our warehouse in the United Kingdom or in the European Union. We dispatch orders within 2–3 business days after your payment has been accepted. Standard delivery usually takes 3–5 business days after dispatch, as shown at checkout. Delivery times can be affected by public holidays, customs clearance, weather and the carrier.

If we cannot ship your order within the time stated, or within 30 days if no time was stated, we will tell you and give you the choice to agree to the delay or cancel your order for a full refund.

5. Tracking your order

When tracking is available, we email it to the address used for your order. You can also use the Track My Order page on our website. Please check your shipping address carefully before paying. If you spot a mistake, email contact@biodream.us right away and we will try to correct it before your order ships.

6. Late, lost, damaged or incorrect packages

If your package is late, tracking stops updating, it is marked as delivered but you cannot find it, or something arrives damaged or incorrect, email contact@biodream.us with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and send a replacement or give you a full refund.

7. Returns

You can request a return within 60 days of delivery for pouches that are unopened and factory-sealed. See our Returns & Refunds Policy for full details.
