BioDream Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how BioDream, operated by LS PARIS LLC (“BioDream,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, and shares personal information when you visit biodream.us, contact us, or purchase our products. It applies to our online store and related customer-service interactions, and explains the privacy choices available to you.

1. Contact information

For questions about this policy or a privacy request, email contact@biodream.us or use our contact form. Our correspondence address is LS PARIS LLC, 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. This is a correspondence address, not a product-return address.

2. Personal information we collect

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:

  • Contact and order details: name, email address, phone number if provided, billing and shipping addresses, items ordered, discounts, transaction amounts, delivery details, returns, and customer-service history.
  • Account and preference details: account information if you create one, saved preferences, and whether you have asked to receive marketing messages.
  • Information you provide: messages sent through our contact form or email, feedback, and any other information you choose to share. Please avoid sending sensitive health details unless they are necessary for your request.
  • Device and usage details: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, interactions with our store, cookie or similar identifiers, and information used to keep the site functioning and secure.
  • Payment-related details: payment status, payment method type, and transaction identifiers needed to complete or support an order. Full payment-card details are handled by our checkout and payment providers; we do not receive complete card numbers through Shopify Checkout.

We collect information directly from you, automatically when you use the store, and from providers involved in your order or your interactions with the store. If you choose not to provide information needed for an order, we may be unable to complete it.

3. How we use information

We use personal information to:

  • process payments, fulfill and deliver orders, provide tracking information, and handle returns or refunds;
  • respond to your questions and provide customer service;
  • maintain accounts, operate the website, understand its performance, and improve the shopping experience;
  • detect fraud, protect the security of our store, and comply with applicable legal requirements;
  • send promotional emails if you have signed up or where otherwise permitted by applicable law, subject to your unsubscribe choices; and
  • measure and, where enabled, personalize advertising in accordance with your privacy choices and applicable law.

4. When we share information

We share personal information only as needed for the purposes described in this policy, including with:

  • Shopify, which provides our ecommerce and checkout infrastructure. Shopify may also process information for its own purposes as described in its Consumer Privacy Policy.
  • Payment, fulfillment, delivery, and customer-support providers that help process transactions, ship orders, or answer requests.
  • Email, analytics, and advertising providers, if those services are enabled for our store, to send opted-in communications, understand site use, or show relevant ads. Depending on the technology and your location, some advertising-related disclosures may be considered a “sale,” “sharing,” or “targeted advertising” under U.S. state privacy laws; see Section 6.
  • Authorities or other parties when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a genuine business transfer where permitted by law.

5. Cookies and similar technologies

Our store and its service providers may use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to keep your cart and checkout working, remember preferences, measure store performance, and—where enabled and permitted—support advertising. Some technologies are necessary for the store to work; others depend on our settings and your choices.

You can adjust your browser settings to control cookies. Depending on your location, Shopify may also show a cookie banner or privacy controls on our site. Disabling necessary technologies may affect checkout or account features. For more information about Shopify's own technologies, see Shopify's Cookie Policy.

6. Advertising and your opt-out choices

Our Your Privacy Choices page explains how sharing of browsing information with advertising partners may be treated as a sale, sharing, or targeted advertising under certain U.S. state laws. If an opt-out control is available for your location, you may use that page. You may also send an opt-out request to contact@biodream.us. Where required by applicable law and supported by our privacy settings, we process eligible Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as opt-out requests for the browser and device sending the signal.

You can unsubscribe from promotional email by using the link in a marketing message or by contacting us. Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop transactional emails about your orders.

7. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live and which laws apply to our business, you may have the right to request access to personal information about you, obtain a copy, correct it, delete it, or opt out of certain sales, sharing, or targeted advertising. Some states also provide rights concerning certain sensitive information or a right to appeal a decision about a privacy request. These rights may have exceptions, such as when we need records to complete a purchase or satisfy a legal obligation.

To make a request or appeal a decision, email contact@biodream.us and tell us what you are requesting. We may ask for information reasonably necessary to verify your identity before disclosing or changing personal information. We will respond within the period required by applicable law. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.

8. How long we keep information

We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, including order fulfillment, customer support, fraud prevention, accounting, tax and other legal requirements, and resolving disputes. The period varies by the type of information, the reason it was collected, your relationship with us, and applicable retention duties. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it, subject to legitimate backup and legal requirements.

9. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures appropriate to the information we handle. No website, network, or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure. If you believe your account or information has been compromised, contact contact@biodream.us.

10. International processing

BioDream is operated from the United States, and Shopify or other service providers may process information in the United States, Canada, or other countries where they operate. Privacy protections may differ from those in your country. If you access the store from outside the United States, additional local privacy rules may apply; this U.S.-focused policy should be reviewed for any market you actively serve outside the United States.

11. Children

Our products and website are not intended for children. We do not knowingly seek personal information from children under 13 through this store. If you believe a child has given us personal information, please contact us so we can review the request and take appropriate action.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes in our operations, technology, or legal obligations. We will post the revised version on this page and provide any additional notice required by law. Material changes do not retroactively remove privacy choices or rights provided by applicable law.
